6. Conditions for Returns

Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@evergreengrow.co.za.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If the goods bought from us are defective, you have 6 months from the date of delivery to return the goods to us, at our risk and expense. At your choice, we must fix, replace or refund the goods bought by you.

10. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

11. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
